When David Merrow is given the task of finding a suitable soup kitchen so his company can improve their PR, he realizes he needs help. He turns to Jason Garton, the owner of the coffee house that David visits every morning. Funny how it took David so long to notice all the food and beverages Jason gives away to the homeless. Because until then, Jason had been almost invisible.

But the more David learns about him, the more intrigued he becomes. Thereís something about the selfless, lonely older man that pulls David in, and what began as work becomes so much more.

Carra's Review

Well now I’m feeling all warm and fuzzy inside and my heart feels all squishy.  *happy contented sigh*  Oh, how much I loved Jason and David together.  Their story was generally low angst, more of a “finding his way” type of story, and was a nice, slow burn between the two main characters that made them coming together oh so sweet.

Even though there’s an age gap between David and Jason, I honestly didn’t even think about it during the story.  With these characters, it really didn’t have any impact for me as the two of them just felt comfortable and right together…probably as a result of the slow and easy development of their relationship.  It was nice seeing the younger man leading the older one for a change, and David was so caring and understanding with Jason which is one of the things that warmed my heart.  The gradual evolution of their feelings made the physical moments that much more tender, sensual and eventually explosive.

Both Jason and David are kind-hearted, giving men and watching as they went from acquaintances to friends to lovers was deeply satisfying.  There were so many moments during this story that I found myself with a smile on my face, and when I finally read “the end” I was left wanting more—not because there were things left open-ended, but because I truly love the two of them together.

Saving Jason was a 5-star holiday romance for me, and is definitely going to be on my annual re-read list.  I highly recommend this wonderful story to any M/M romance fan, though this is for readers 18+ for adult language and M/M sexual content.  And yes-when the two of them finally get to that point, it is incredibly hot and passionate ;-)

Author Bio

Born and raised in the north-west of England, K.C. WELLS always loved writing. Words were important. Full stop. However, when childhood gave way to adulthood, the writing ceased, as life got in the way. K.C. discovered erotic fiction in 2009, when the purchase of a ménage storyline led to the startling discovery that reading about men in love was damn hot. In 2012, arriving at a really low point in life led to the desperate need to do something creative. An even bigger discovery waited in the wings—writing about men in love was even hotter….

K.C. now writes full-time and is loving every minute of her new career. The laptop still has no idea of what hit it… it only knows that it wants a rest, please. And it now has to get used to the idea that where K.C goes, it goes.

And as for those men in love that she writes about? The list of stories just waiting to be written is getting longer… and longer….

K.C. loves to hear from readers.
